An exciting opportunity has become available to join the opening team of Melbourne’s newest luxury erotic massage venue.

We are creating a high-end environment unlike your traditional adult venue — beautifully designed, professionally operated and focused on exceptional customer service, discretion and a premium guest experience.

We are looking for a confident, reliable and highly organised Receptionist / Venue Host who is comfortable working within the adult entertainment industry and wants to become an important part of a brand-new venue from the beginning.

The Role

You will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day operation of the venue, including:

• Answering telephone and online enquiries

• Managing bookings and appointment schedules

• Greeting clients in a warm, professional and discreet manner

• Coordinating therapists and daily rosters

• Processing payments and handling cash accurately

• Maintaining presentation and cleanliness throughout the venue

• Assisting with social media and online advertising

• Supporting management with general administrative duties

• Ensuring every guest receives a professional, welcoming experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable working within the 18+ adult industry

• Friendly, personable and professional

• Extremely reliable and punctual

• Well presented with excellent communication skills

• Highly organised and able to multitask

• Comfortable answering phones and managing bookings

• Able to work independently and use initiative

• Discreet and respectful of client and staff privacy

• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Available for a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, hotels, beauty, massage, nightlife, adult entertainment, customer service or venue management will be highly regarded; however, the right attitude and personality are equally important.
