Account Administrator (Chinese Speaking)

We are an established & rapidly growing FMCG Company specializing in the importing and distribution of Asian food products to all major retailers in the Australian & NZ markets. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated Account Administrator to join this leading company in Asian food products, located in Archerfield, QLD.

This role will be reporting to the Accountant. You will also help be part of the team's efforts to drive change, improve processes, and increase efficiency.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 will be advantageous.

About the Role

The Account Administrator is responsible for accurately processing and recording accounts receivable and payable transactions in line with established financial procedures. This role involves verifying and posting receipts, preparing bank deposits, reconciling accounts, and handling a variety of clerical accounting tasks.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for answering incoming calls

• Handle visitors, data entry

• Telesales, generating sales reports, providing sales support to the department

• Resolving internal and external customer service enquiries

• General administration duties

• Checking and filing of invoices

• Assist Admin & Accounts Executive in the collection of debts
