Customer Service Attendant

Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is searching for casual and part time Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team.

As part of this position your work would include:

• Exceptional customer service

• Responsible service of alcohol to members and guests

• Cash handling

• Bar & table service

• Food handling and service

• General cleaning duties

• Maintaining presentation standards of the Club.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) in Victoria (or a willingness to gain) are essential. Experience in hospitality or service industry and / or qualifications will also be highly regarded.

If you take pride in your appearance and presentation, have exceptional communication skills with a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service, then this is the job for you.

You will need to demonstrate:

• previous hospitality experience preferable

• great teamwork and enthusiasm

• great communication skills

• high attention to detail

• high level of resilience 

• Comfortable with working split shifts

• Availability on weekends and evenings however we believe in Work/Life/Balance and aim to provide our employees with a weekend off per month.
