About the role
Glory EV Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Corporate Manager to oversee and support the daily operations, business development and corporate management of our automotive dealership.
We specialise in electric vehicles and are looking for a motivated professional who can improve operational efficiency, develop business relationships and support the continued growth of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and administration of the dealership
Develop and implement business strategies, policies and operational procedures
Manage relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, finance providers and other business partners
Monitor sales performance, budgets, expenses and operational targets
Support vehicle sales, rental, subscription and fleet-related business activities
Supervise staff and coordinate work across sales, customer service and administration teams
Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to company directors
Ensure business activities comply with relevant company policies and Australian regulations
Identify new corporate, fleet and partnership opportunities
Maintain a high standard of customer service and brand presentation
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous management experience in a car dealership, automotive business, fleet operation or a related industry
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Experience in business development and corporate relationship management
A good understanding of dealership operations, vehicle sales or automotive finance
The ability to manage budgets, reports and performance targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems
A current Australian driver licence
Full Australian working rights
Experience in the electric vehicle industry and the ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin would be highly regarded.
