Whilst piercing experience is highly desirable, full piercing training is provided!

We are currently looking for superstar leaders to join our Belconnen store! As our Store 2IC or Store Manager (Store manager position is 16month secondment), you will play a pivotal role at SkinKandy, leading a dedicated team of body piercers/retail assistants to deliver amazing piercing services and memorable customer experiences. Supported by your inspirational Area Manager you will assume the overall responsibility for the operational success of your store. 

This is an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager ready to switch brand, or a 2IC looking for the next step in their retail leadership career! Your experience and ability to lead and mentor your team will see your application stand out along the following unique skills:

• A genuine passion for the Body Piercing/Jewellery industry

• The desire to begin or advance your piercing skills

• Leadership and coaching experience and the ability to inspire

• The ability to role model professional conduct and support the SkinKandy values

• Experience in Body Piercing, Beauty, or Fashion Retail 

• A love for creating phenomenal customer experiences

• A commitment to uphold processes, policies and compliance

• Visual merchandise and stock management experience

Before you Start 

• All SkinKandy Body Piercers require Maintaining Infection Control certification (HLTINF005) prior to commencement. Don't have this? We will assist you so you can begin or continue your piercing career! 

• This online training is essential to keep you and your customers safe. We will tell you more about the MIC training during the interview process.

• Whist piercing experience is fantastic – our training program is world class, so we will teach you the skills to be an amazing body piercer (so many of our team started out just like you) - we are looking for people who are committed and serious about learning to be a body piercer.
