Program Manager / Senior Project Manager - Cyber Security (Micro-Segmentation)

 

12-Month Contract | c.$1,300/day inc. super | Mascot HQ, Sydney (min. 3 days/week onsite)

 
About the Role
 
A major ASX-listed organisation is undertaking a significant, long-term cyber security uplift program and is seeking an experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a critical Micro-Segmentation initiative as part of this broader program.
 
This role will drive a group-wide security uplift focused on limiting lateral movement across the network in the event of a breach, through the deployment of micro-segmentation across a complex hybrid environment spanning branch and head office networks, and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
 
About You

• 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale transformation programs
• Proven experience managing Managed Service Providers and Systems Integrators
• Strong experience managing complex program budgets
• Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering roadmaps
• Solid understanding of risk management, stakeholder management, digital platforms and core systems
• Track record of developing and embedding operating models
• Excellent written, verbal and executive-level communication skills

• Contract length: 12 months
• Rate: c.$1,300/day (inclusive of superannuation)
• Location: Mascot HQ, Sydney - minimum 3 days per week in office
• Start date: Late August 2026
