Become the Assistant Store Manager for our amazing store in Bondi, NSW!

Support the Store Manager with the overall performance and success of the store, driving sales and achieving key store objectives. Coach and develop the team and lead with exceptional customer service.

A snapshot of what the role involves:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving store targets and delivering a premium customer experience.

• Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve strong sales results and provide exceptional service.

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, presentation, stock management and merchandising.

• Ensure store procedures, cash handling and health and safety standards are consistently maintained.

• Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.

This is the perfect role for someone who is ready to take the next step in their retail career and already has some exposure to management responsibilities. You'll gain hands-on management experience, work closely alongside an experienced Store Manager and have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a real impact on the success of the store and team.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love of food, cooking and entertaining.

• Previous retail leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• A strong sales focus and a track record of contributing to store performance.

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong administration and computer skills.

• A positive, approachable attitude and a desire to grow your career in retail management.
