Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter or Parts Advisor who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and driving sales? About the Role

• Provide professional parts interpretation and customer service via phone, email and trade counter enquiries.
• Identify and supply the correct parts efficiently and accurately.
• Drive parts sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Manage customer backorders and provide proactive updates.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and stock takes.
• Support merchandising and promotion of aftermarket and genuine parts product lines.
• Work collaboratively with workshop and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.

About You

• Previous experience in Parts Interpreting, Parts Sales or a similar automotive, trucking, diesel or industrial environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, internal combustion engines, heavy vehicle, automotive or related equipment industries.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogues and technical information.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
