Fig & Bloom is a design-led floral studio with over 11 years in the industry, known for modern, considered arrangements and an exceptional customer experience.

We’re looking for an experienced Floral Designer to join our team and help continue that legacy.

If you have a genuine passion for flowers, an eye for modern floral design, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment, we’d love to hear from you. All experience levels welcome to apply.

About the Role:

This position is full-time or 4 days part-time as we are flexible for the right candidate.
Perfect for an experienced florist capable of creating modern floral designs and contributing directly to the success of the studio.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Receiving product and prepping flowers.

• Assisting with inventory control — ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.

• Filling orders as required to meet customer needs.

• Demonstrating detailed knowledge of our products and services.

• Meeting targets for production and quality assurance.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times

• Booking courier drivers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A florist with experience & strong modern design skills.

• A keen eye for detail & high standards.

• Strong organisational skills - comfortable managing stock, orders, and logistics.

• Ability to work efficiently, according to industry standards.

• A team player who takes pride in a clean, safe, well-run studio.
