We’re a small program on purpose.This is a commission-only referral arrangement. You run your own business. There are no hours, no targets, and no obligation to be active in any given month. When you do work, you work inside a clear boundary, keep the record straight, and ask before promising anything we have not approved.
What Bridge Theory is
Bridge Theory provides environmental exposure assessment and prioritisation tools designed to help users identify, understand and prioritise potential environmental factors in their home or personal environment. Its outputs are research-informed educational guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or definitive findings.Your job is to create honest, well-recorded pathways between Bridge Theory and practices that would genuinely benefit - without turning an environmental exposure tool into a medical promise.What you actually do
Two ways to earn:
Practice sales. You introduce a practice, they buy a bundle of codes, and their patients use those codes. This is where the large commission sits.Direct sales. Someone buys an assessment for themselves through your referral link or code. Smaller, simpler, and no registration needed beforehand.
You register a practice before you approach it. You use only current approved materials. You keep the pipeline stage current. After they buy, the real work is helping them use the codes - a code must be redeemed within six months of purchase or it earns nothing.How you get paid
A practice’s first bundle: 75%, earned as each code is redeemed That practice’s later reorders: 10%, when the reorder payment clearsA direct assessment (to individuals): 40%, when the sale payment clears
Statements go out around the 3rd; payment is on the 7th of each month.
Who this suits
Preferably someone already in the health or naturopathic industry, with foundational knowledge of environmental factors - people who already talk with practices that would genuinely benefit, and who can tell the difference between describing potential exposure-source factors and implying confirmed harm.You do not need to be a clinician for this role. You do need dependable judgement, and you must complete a short Product and Claims Authorisation conversation before you start approaching practices. It is not an exam and it is not clinical accreditation.
What we will never ask you for
Hour logs, timesheets or activity reports. Compulsory meetings or routine monitoring calls. A minimum number of contacts, visits or calls.Moving a deal to the next pipeline stage is the whole of your reporting obligation.
The arrangement in short
Six-month fixed term, then a written decision - it does not renew automatically. Either of us can end it earlier on 14 days’ notice. You are an independent contractor. You decide when, whether and how much you work.
