About the Role

Due to continued growth, LaserBond is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in the Laser Cladding division. This is a full-time position based at our Cavan facility, offering a rare opportunity to receive one-on-one training in a highly specialised and growing industry.

As part of our expert team, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing structured internal training that covers all aspects of the laser cladding process. No prior experience is necessary – just a strong interest in engineering, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Learn:

• How industrial components are restored and reclaimed through laser cladding
• Different types of metal powders and their application techniques
• Programming of robotic systems and lasers using computer control panels
• Workplace safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment
