Your New Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a Clinical Nurse – Clinical Facilitator role delivering expert, culturally responsive care and clinical leadership within a specialist First Nations health service. You will:
Provide advanced clinical care and coordination for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients with complex needsLead and support nursing staff through clinical education, facilitation, and mentorshipDrive quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiativesWork autonomously while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
About you:
You are an experienced and values-driven Registered Nurse passionate about improving health equity and supporting culturally safe care. You have:
Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and critical thinking in complex care environmentsStrong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and cultural capabilityProven ability to lead, educate, and support staff development and learningCommitment to quality improvement, research, and delivering person-centred care
