STRATA CLEANING & GARDENING TEAM MEMBER

Full-Time / Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Immediate Start | Long-Term Position

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our family-owned strata maintenance business.

We provide ongoing cleaning, gardening and grounds maintenance to strata properties across Sydney.

This is a stable, long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.

THE ROLE

A varied, hands-on position covering:

• Strata cleaning
• Gardening and lawn maintenance
• Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
• Hedging, pruning and weeding
• Bin services and rubbish collection
• General property and grounds maintenance

You will need to be comfortable performing both cleaning and gardening duties.

Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right person.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Our work is across:

Eastern Suburbs | Sutherland Shire | Inner West | Sydney CBD

You will travel between a range of strata properties and apartment complexes, working independently and occasionally alongside another team member.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Driver Licence – essential
• TFN or ABN
• Ability to travel between work sites
• Ability to work independently after training
