Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Broker Assistant at Credit Path. The Broker Assistant supports brokers in matching borrowers with suitable lenders by preparing documentation, organizing client information, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Daily tasks include handling inbound client inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with application forms, and following up with borrowers and lenders to ensure smooth progression of each case. The role also involves basic data entry, updating status reports, coordinating with insurance providers when needed, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The Broker Assistant collaborates closely with brokers and other team members to deliver timely, professional service to all clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Insurance and Brokerage knowledge to support the preparation of applications and coordination with relevant financial and insurance products.Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, document management, and accurate data entry.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools, email platforms) and comfort working in a fully remote environment.Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.Prior experience in finance, lending, insurance, or brokerage support is beneficial but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is an asset.
