Whether it’s a 30-minute city lunch or an unhurried evening of cocktails, you will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience. This casual position offers varied shifts across lunches, evenings, and weekends, perfect for those who enjoy the rhythm of Melbourne’s vibrant dining scene.

Requirements

• Premium Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
• Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails with the ability to execute them quickly and accurately.
• Professionalism: A guest-first mindset and a commitment to high service standards.
• Compliance: A current VIC RSA Certificate is essential.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and busy lunch services.
