About the Clinic

Our new Gympie clinic has been designed to provide an outstanding experience for both patients and staff, offering a comprehensive range of services including:

• Ultrasound

• General X-Ray

• OPG

• CT

• Cardiac CT

• MRI

• DEXA / Body Composition

With cutting-edge equipment and a strong focus on patient care, this exciting new facility will deliver high-quality imaging services to the local community.

About the Role

As a Sonographer, you will play a key role in providing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations including obstetric, musculoskeletal, vascular, and general ultrasound studies

• Producing accurate, high-quality diagnostic images

• Maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

• Working collaboratively with Radiologists and referring clinicians

• Upholding clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Delivering outstanding patient care and communication

• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and service excellence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current ASAR registration

• Relevant sonography qualifications and experience

• Strong technical and clinical skills across a range of ultrasound examinations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A patient-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional care

• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• A passion for continuous learning and professional development
