We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to support the continued growth of our South Australian operations.

This role combines hands-on field work with team leadership responsibilities and offers significant opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering fumigation and biosecurity services across a variety of agricultural commodities

• Supporting vessel, bunker, stack and storage fumigation operations

• Leading and mentoring team members

• Planning and coordinating daily work activities

• Managing equipment and operational logistics

• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements

• Building strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders

• Supporting Genera's continued growth throughout Australia

What We're Looking For

• Agricultural, operational or technical experience

• Strong leadership potential and communication skills

• A practical, hands-on approach to work

• Commitment to safety and professionalism

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel when required

• Current driver's licence
