Role Responsibilities:

• Study for and complete your Certificate III in Information Technology.

• Manage IT support cases and provide users with appropriate technical guidance.

• Follow standard helpdesk/administration procedures. 

• Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.

• Perform software installations.

• Respond to technical assistance requests via phone and remote access.

• Receive comprehensive training to support your development.
