Based at Klemzig and Christies Beach, we offer a range of evidence-based assessment and therapy services to adults, children, young people and their families.

Our team consists of experienced Clinical and Registered Psychologists and other health professionals who provide individualised support to help clients to achieve their goals. Solasta has an excellent reputation for delivering high- quality services. 

We provide services to clients in a fee for service model under Medicare, NDIS and Private Health Insurance.  We also provide services under government contracts and bespoke EAP services.

About the Role:

The Clinical Psychologist/ Psychologist provides high quality psychological assessment and intervention services to children and/or adults with a range of presenting issues.  While our ideal candidate would be someone who is able to work across the lifespan, at present we have a high number of referrals for child therapy, so would welcome applications from clinicians who specialise in working with children or adolescents.   Clinicians with a focus on adults are also encouraged to apply.  Opportunities exist to balance therapy with conducting psychoeducational and other diagnostic assessments (such as ADHD and Autism), with excellent training and supervision to upskill in these areas.

Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience providing high-quality evidence-based interventions with a range of presentations.

• Experience, or interest in upskilling, in conducting psychoeducational assessments and/or in the diagnosis of ADHD and ASD.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to form engaging relationships with clients and their families/carers.

• Highly self-motivated and dynamic personality with the ability to significantly contribute to Solasta services with a level of autonomy.

Qualification and Other Requirements:

• Registration with Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)

• Clinical endorsement desirable but not essential
