Childcare Educator - Certificate III, Diploma, ECT

Rainbow Cottage Long Day Care is a family-owned and operated early learning service that has proudly been caring for children and families for over 12 years.

We are a small, close-knit centre where children, families and educators are genuinely valued. Our passionate team is friendly, welcoming and committed to providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive. We believe in building strong relationships with our families and supporting one another as a team.

We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a full-time permanent position.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification

• Current working rights in Australia

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development

As an educator at Rainbow Cottage, you will:

• Prepare and maintain engaging learning environments

• Build positive relationships with children and their families

• Supervise and actively engage with children throughout the day

• Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development

• Foster children's confidence, wellbeing and self-esteem through positive interactions

• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

• Assist in planning and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the individual needs and interests of each child
