About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Software Engineer to join our Digital Services team.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Software Engineer you will be responsible for the ownership, architecture, development and evolution of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission’s (ACNC) regulatory delivery systems. You will provide expert technical leadership across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to support strategic regulatory and digital transformation initiatives. 

Your duties

• Lead Dynamics 365 design, build, configuration and uplift to support regulatory and public-facing services.
• Deliver software and system changes, including build, test, deployment, support and maintenance to meet business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams and executives to deliver digital solutions that improve regulatory outcomes, efficiency and staff experience.

Skills and experience

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Pages
• Developing solutions using C#, .NET and Azure
• Knowledge of software engineering and quality assurance practices
• Technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving
• Experience in iApply, D365 Call Centre as a Service, and/or GovCMS will be highly regarded.
