About the role
Full-Time | 12-Month Contract | Bundaberg
Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is a global FMCG company. Proudly Australian family-owned and operated for three generations, we are recognised worldwide for our iconic Ginger Beer and premium craft brews, combining traditional brewing methods with modern manufacturing capability.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused International Coordinator to join our International Logistics team in a full-time, 12-month contract position based in our Bundaberg office, working Monday to Friday.
The International Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring export customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
Reporting directly to the International Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Processing and invoicing export customer orders accurately and on time.
Preparing international shipping documentation.
Providing a high level of customer service to export customers.
Coordinating the movement of stock for containerisation.
Managing inventory requirements effectively.
Liaising with freight forwarders, container packers, warehouses, and transport providers.
Providing customers with regular updates on order progress and weekly shipment tracking reports.
Assisting with the smooth coordination of international logistics activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in international logistics, export operations, supply chain, customer service, or a related field.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
The ability to work independently and show initiative.
A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using QAD (highly regarded).
