We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join the View Hotel Melbourne team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve meals and beverages in the restaurant, bar, room service, or function areas.

• Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Process guest payments using the POS system.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol requirements.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A positive attitude with a strong team focus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (if required by your location).
