Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative, organised, and detail-focused Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team in Erskine Park. This in-office role is hands-on across Meta, TikTok, WordPress, eDMs, and Canva - covering everything from content creation and video editing to scheduling, website updates, and performance tracking. A passion for social trends, has a genuine interest in culture, food, arts, and events, and thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing platform.

Details:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms - across the latest trends

• Confident editing videos in CapCut

• Experience uploading and scheduling posts through Meta Business Suite

• Comfortable updating and maintaining website content

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and execute content calendars

• Sharp attention to detail, with a keen eye for the small things

• A real interest in cultural events, arts, food, social media trends and everything Western Sydney

• Able to monitor performance metrics and turn content engagement and growth data into clear insights
