Warehouse & Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a warehouse/customer service officer to join our team and help be a part of this growing business.

About the role

Initially this role will be focused on warehouse picking, packing and dispatching. However, for the right candidate we have the ability to progress your role to our customer service team. The role will look to service anything between a 30 to 38 week from Monday to Friday, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders

• Serving customers face to face

• Answering customer queries and follow up requests via phone and email

• Processing quotes and sales orders

• Creating a Positive Customer Experience

About you

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• An understanding and commitment to Safety

• Recent customer service experience or trade counter role is an advantage

• Forklift license is favorable

• Knowledge of cabinet hardware products would be an advantage

• Good personal presentation with a 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills

• The ability to work autonomously and with a team

• Reliability
