About The Opportunity

Programmed are looking for an experienced Gardener to join our team in Sydney working in a mobile crew committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services across our contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and to secure long-term employment with the bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.

Location: Multiple positions available across Metropolitan Sydney

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as required
• Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding
• Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs
• Implement mulching and planting programs
• Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment
• Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard
• Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
• Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers and other small plant equipment

About You

To join our team, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

• A current driver's license and white card
• A professional approach to the workplace
• The ability to execute work to a high standard
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
