We're looking for a Site Director to take full ownership of a manufacturing operation – the whole of it. Production, technology, safety, quality, people, and the dozens of things that only surface when something goes wrong. It's one of those rare roles where the buck genuinely stops with you, and where what you build shows up in the numbers every single day.

This isn't a caretaker job. We want someone who lifts performance rather than maintains it, who sets a standard on safety and holds it without exception, and who builds a team good enough that the place runs beautifully whether or not you're in the room.

This role is situated in Canberra - relocation is available for the right candidate.

WHAT TELLS US IT'S YOU...

• You've run a site or a major operation before, and you're proud of what it became under you

• You lead from the floor – people know you, and they know where you stand

• You're fluent in production systems, WHS and quality compliance, and you use them to lift performance rather than tick boxes

• You make good decisions quickly when the pressure is on and the information is incomplete

• You've got the qualifications on paper, and the judgement that doesn't come from paper
