• Strong customer service skills
• Team player
• Previous cafe experience
• Open to change and adapting to new principles
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Be reliable, punctual, productive
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Extremely well presented
• Have great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
• Impeccable communication skills
• Must be a permanent resident
