🔍 We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who is ready for the next step in their career. As a Digital Project Manager, you will responsible for managing the web build of a variety of internet products such as Product Launch Campaigns, build and maintenance of E-commerce websites, viral marketing campaigns using social networks and others. You will also have to assist and support clients on their online marketing strategy and delivery appropriate materials to illustrate recommendations

In this role, you’ll:

• Design and implement digital media campaigns according to business goals
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as needed to meet clients’ requirements
• Resourcing and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Manage large technical web builds and online marketing campaigns
• Manage client relations and head the project team (developers, graphic artists, etc)
• Coordinate analysis of client and project issues, strategic marketing and recommendation
• Manage day to day operational aspect and collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Identifies appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for the project
• Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rate and utilisation
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in Digital/ online/ brand agency environment
• 4+ years in managing digital projects
• 4+ years in delivery of websites, landing pages
• You can adapt and pivot as things sometimes change
• You understand CMS systems such as Wordpress, Shopify and Wix.
• Strong understanding of DNS and elements that are required for launch of a website
• Sound understanding of web standards, social networks, SEM, ecommerce and mobile technologies
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Thorough knowledge of best practices in managing SEO campaigns & strategies
• Strong experience in in client management
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Top communication and team management skills
• You can work to deadlines
