About the role

Based in our iCare Pharmacy Many West office, we are seeking a professional and adaptable Pharmacist who thrives in a small team environment while also being confident working independently when required. The successful candidate will be organised, confident using Excel, and able to manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and excellent customer care.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing prescriptions, accurately dispensing and labelling medication

• Supervise team members to maintain safe, efficient and compliant pharmacy operations

• Coordinate workloads effectively, managing competing priorities and responding calmly to urgent requests when required

• Maintain accurate records, manage dispensary administration and utilise Excel spreadsheets to support daily operations

• Work independently when required while demonstrating strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills to meet deadlines and operational requirements.

Skills, experience and requirements include:

• Friendly and professional manner

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently

• Proficient in FRED (preferable), MS Word & Excel

• Previous experience working as a Pharmacist
