Role1 : ServiceNow- Business Analyst Location: SydneyDuration: 6Months -1+ year extendableEngage with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements and translate them into well‑defined functional specifications and user stories for development teams.Ensure documentation/stories aligns with organizational standards, governance, and ServiceNow best practicesHands-on experience or in‑depth familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.Strong expertise in Service Portal and Workspace is required, along with a solid understanding of workflows, data models, also knowledge about APIs and system integrations is requiredAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneouslyAct as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teamsExperience working with global and cross-functional teams5+ years AUS experience as ServiceNow BA/Business process consultantWorked in Government/Energy and utility domain/Water companiesServiceNow Platform, integration, ITSM, CSM and PSDS module experienceExcellent communication/EQ and stakeholder managementCoordination with offshore delivery team for E2E delivery

Years of Experience: 5-7 yearsJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.Mandatory Skills:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management methodologies.Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.If you are a motivated Business Analyst looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply
