We're not a big outfit with a hundred blokes and a name badge. We're a small, tight crew who turn up, do proper work, have a laugh doing it, and go home having built something we'd happily drive past on a Sunday.

We're after a Landscape Paver — someone who can lay a serious bit of paving, but who's also handy across the whole build. Retaining, turf, planting, irrigation, the lot. If you like variety and you take pride in a straight line and a tight joint, you'll fit right in.

What you'll actually be doing

• Setting out and laying paving as well as all other landscpae duties — the sort of work that gets photographed when it's done

• Working alongside the Site Manager to help run the crew and keep job moving

• Getting stuck into everything else: retaining walls, turfing, planting, irrigation, drainage, garden beds

• Running tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading materials, keeping the site tidy, and doing OH&S properly (not just on paper)

• Bringing the younger blokes along — showing them how it's done rather than just telling them

What we're after

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on landscape or construction experience

• Solid paving skills — Solid personnel skills, detailed eye and doesnt slack off.

• White Card and a current driver's licence

• Plant tickets (bobcat, excavator) are a big tick, but not essential

• Reliable, on time, and easy to work with. No egos, no passengers

• Someone who cares what the job looks like when it's finished
