Location: Flexible (Canberra or Sydney preferred)

Status: Full-time 38 hours per week

Salary: $86,157 - $93,783 Excluding super

Duration: Ongoing

The Partnerships Marketing Officer will support and contribute to the implementation of RSPCA Australia’s marketing engagement activities with national partners. The role will work closely with the National Partnerships Manager in assessing partnership opportunities and providing excellent relationship stewardship for RSPCA corporate partners. Facilitates and co-ordinates designated national marketing projects for national partners by managing internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who has:

·       Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Fundraising is essential.

·       Demonstrated experience managing corporate supporters and marketing/brand-related partnership contracts.

·       Effective written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proficiency in ICT platforms such as CRMs, Microsoft Office and project management tools.

·       Strong ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

·       Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.

·       Self-motivated, with strong initiative and the ability to work independently when required.

·       Alignment with RSPCA values and mission.

·       Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

·       Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and make connections that deliver outcomes.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success in collaboration, building networks, influencing outcomes and negotiating beneficial partnerships.
