Enerflow Mining Services is a market leader within the mining industry across Australia. Since our founding we have flourished in the Mobile Mechanical Maintenance sector due to our in-depth knowledge of Blasthole Drill Rigs. We also provide a range of other services including Labour Hire, Drill Hire, Parts Sales, Mechanical & Fabrication.

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our small, friendly team in our Osborne Park office in WA.

What's involved with the role?

·   You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with Drill Fitters, Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers and Servicepeople for FIFO roles with our client base of Tier 1&2 Mining Companies and Contractors

·   Utilising a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods to attract, identify and onboard relevant candidates

·   Ability to work within a small team environment

What are we looking for?

·   Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, from a blue-collar background, within the mining industry, with a strong track record in finding and engaging with candidates and managing high volume recruitment projects

·   Candidates must have specific recruitment experience within the mining and heavy industry sector

·   We are looking for a recruiter with hunger and drive to succeed, with the ability to build good relationships, gain candidate control and work independently as well as part of a team

·   Labour hire skills and experience is a must, as well as demonstrated capability in managing large candidate pipelines, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality placements under tight timeframes.

·   Must have current Australian work rights.
