The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Canberra Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and delivering exceptional service. You'll receive comprehensive training and support to develop your knowledge, broaden your skills, and build a rewarding long-term career. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact on our members' experience while developing professionally in a supportive and values-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
Meeting and greeting members and proactively assisting with their needs
Handling member enquiries via face-to-face interactions, telephone, and email
Building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Actively promoting relevant products and services to meet member needs
Working towards branch and individual KPIs and targets
Undertaking administrative tasks using internal systems
Contributing to a positive and collaborative branch environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service-focused role
Happy to undertake additional study
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
The ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills
Confidence working towards individual and team goals
A positive attitude and strong team-player mindset
This role is based in our Canberra Branch and requires you to work on-site five days per week.
