•         Monday to Friday

As Finance Administrator, you will complete tasks and take ownership of stock control and associated duties using our point of sale and stock software, H&L, complete accounts receivable and debtors management duties including statement preparation and reconciliation. In addition; accounts payable, end of day cashiering and banking, gaming reconciliation, ATM and CRT replenishment are daily responsibilities.

You will also assist and provide training for our team using the latest software and systems, assist with implementation of new software and prepare reports for head office.

The Successful Applicant will have:

• 2+ Years experience with H&L POS system (or similar hospitality system) including intimate knowledge of stock management.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Excellent IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems

• Experience with cash handling, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word is required
