Due to growth within our community division, ACH Group currently have multiple casual vacancies available across Adelaide’s Southern and Western Suburbs for passionate cleaners across the greater Adelaide region.

Locations include:

• Eastern suburbs: Norwood, Magill, Newton, Campbelltown, Eastwood, Hyde Park, Prospect, Marden, Hyde Park, Kensington, North Adelaide, Glynde and surrounding suburbs.
• Northern Suburbs: Geeps Cross, Golden Grove, Northfield, Modbury, Greenacres, Salisbury, Elizabeth, Holden Hill, Para Hills, Hope Valley and surrounding suburbs. 

  The role: 

We have customers waiting to receive your impeccable cleaning services in their own homes, in this role you will provide top-notch home care domestic services, ensuring our clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable.

What you'll do:

• Work independently and as a part of a team to support the well-being of customers.
• Conduct a variety of domestic tasks.
• Travel between customers' homes and attend site base training.
• Assist the customers to live a good life.

You will need:

• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle 
• A Police Check for working in Aged Care as a Cleaner less than 12 months old upon commencement

Good news:

You will be reimbursed the kilometres travelled as per the SCHCADS Award rate, plus you will be paid for the time you travel between customers after your first clean, until your last!

To support your success:

Your first day will be practical training with some of your colleagues. From there, your Team Leader will support you getting to know the tools you require to perform your role, such as the mobile phone you will be issued. You will also be given buddy shifts with an experienced Community Cleaner. You will have your Team Leader and other supporting areas such as the Scheduling Team and Customer Service Team, only a phone call away to assist your success in the role.

About You!

You have extensive customer service experience who presents with a positive attitude. You take pride in your work and the results you achieve. You have a genuine caring nature and a heartfelt desire to assist our customers to live a good life.

• Fluency in English language, including written & verbal communication skills.
• A passion for supporting choice and independence.
• High level customer service experience.
• Availability between Monday to Friday.
• Ability to operate a smart phone.
