Occasional casual work in the exciting media industryHave fun while helping out at public events, concerts and outside broadcasts The Opportunity:A unique opportunity exists to support events and community activities for Hope 103.2. This role assists with handing out merch, event setup and pack-down and providing a welcoming and positive experience for listeners and the wider community. We are looking for a friendly person, who is a good communicator, has manual handling capabilities and is able to connect with a wide range of people.

The role involves:Assisting with the setup and pack-down of internal and external eventsSupporting event operations by interacting and engaging with listeners/supportersHandling event materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficientlyFollowing workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and proceduresDriving the Hope promotional vehicle to/from eventsPromotional stock handlingVariable days and hours on an occasional basis
The successful applicant will have:A genuine passion for the purpose of the organisationDemonstration of Hope’s values - Be Humble, Be Real, Be All InValid Drivers Licence and car to travel to/from the station and events as requiredManual handling abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and willingness to help as neededPromotions, events or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
