About the Role: We are thrilled to partner with a leading Australian menswear fashion brand in the search for an exceptional Store Manager for their James St location. This pivotal role will oversee all store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Sales and Performance Management:

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Store Operations:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Manage the store’s budget, expenses, and financial performance.

• Proven track record in retail management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
