Graduate Accountant

Join Grove Juice and play a key role in driving financial performance across one of Australia’s largest vertically integrated juice manufacturing businesses.

This is a hands-on commercial finance role where you’ll partner closely with operational leaders to provide the insights, analysis, and reporting that support smarter decisions and stronger business performance.

From monthly management reporting and forecasting through to cost analysis, inventory reporting, and operational performance insights, you’ll help the business understand where we are, where we’re heading, and where we can improve.

You’ll work across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance to deliver accurate reporting, identify trends, improve visibility, and support continuous improvement across the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience preparing management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as QAD, SAP or Oracle.
• High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders across the business.

Bonus Points For

• CPA, CIMA or CA qualification (or working towards).
• Experience with Power BI or data visualisation tools.
• Exposure to foreign currency reporting.
• Experience supporting operational or manufacturing leadership teams.
