About the Role
Lead the Team Behind Some of Australia's Most Iconic Nature-Based Experiences. We're looking for a people-focused, process-driven Facilities Supervisor to lead our Facilities team and help ensure our world-renowned visitor destinations are presented at their very best. As Facilities Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation, presentation and performance of our facilities team. You'll build capability, streamline processes, manage contractors, and ensure our parks and visitor spaces consistently meet exceptional standards. Every improvement you make contributes directly to the experience of hundreds of thousands of visitors each year and supports our conservation mission.
You're an experienced leader who enjoys being in the thick of operations while developing people and creating structure. You bring strong commercial acumen, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to motivate teams to deliver consistently high standards. You know how to balance people, process and performance, and you're at your best when no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who has experience leading a team that is motivated, well-supported and consistently delivering high standards. It means creating structure where it's needed, improving processes where opportunities exist, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every visitor experiences clean, safe and welcoming facilities.
