Foreman

With a strong pipeline of work across the Sunshine Coast, we're looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure and subdivision projects, coordinating site crews and subcontractors while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiencyManaging personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestonesMaintaining compliance with construction plans and project specificationsPromoting a positive, solutions-driven team cultureEnsuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.Experience in Bulk earthworks, civils and roadworksability to read and interpret construction plansability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.Strong leadership, communication and organisational skillsConstruction Industry Card (White / Blue)Current Driver LicenceVarious plant machinery tickets will be highly regardedStrong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
