National Business Manager - Convenience, Wholesale & Emerging Channels

As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a commercially driven National Business Manager – Convenience, Wholesale & Emerging Channels to lead our national channel strategy and deliver profitable growth across key customer segments.

Reporting to the Sales Director – Australia and New Zealand, this newly created role is responsible for developing and executing the national strategy across the Petrol & Convenience, Wholesale, Distributor and Emerging Channels. You will own strategic national customer relationships, lead annual customer planning and negotiations, drive distribution and market share growth, and identify new route-to-market opportunities.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation, Finance and Operations, you will develop consumer-centric sales initiatives, support new product launches, and deliver commercial outcomes that contribute to the continued growth of Link Snacks across Australia and New Zealand.

What You Will Do

1. Category Leadership: Utilise category and consumer insights to become the trusted protein snacking partner for customers, driving sustainable category growth.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with major Convenience, Wholesale and Emerging Channel customers through meaningful collaboration and strong commercial outcomes.
3. Commercial & P&L Ownership: Manage budgeted revenue delivery, trade investment, forecasting and profitability while achieving distribution, execution and market share objectives.
4. Innovation & Strategic Planning: Champion customer marketing and product innovation while developing and executing ongoing three-year strategic channel plans supported by strong industry, category and commercial analysis.
5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and develop the National Account Manager for Convenience, Wholesale & Emerging Channels, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, capability development and commercial success.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience within the FMCG industry in a National Account Management or National Business Management role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
