Real Estate Sign Installer

Trevillian Signs is a family owned and run business situated in Oakleigh South providing real estate signage services across Melbourne for over 40 years. An opportunity has recently become available to join our team as a board installer.  We are looking for a reliable, hard-working person to work Monday-Friday on a full time basis, and able to start immediately.  

The role is primarily an outdoor role and includes, but is not limited to:

• installation, removal, alteration and delivery of real estate signage

• loading and unloading of real estate signs onto work vehicle (s)

• working with and managing tools (including power tools)

• maintaining stock levels of all consumables required for installation and removal of real estate signage.  

• assisting with preparation of signage needs at factory as necessary

Requirements: 

• Able to work autonomously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sound knowledge of the Melbourne Road systems 

• Full car licence and experience driving 3 tonne truck is essential. 

• Respect for property - installs must consider safe and non-damaging installation methods

• Physically fit - role includes regular manual lifting and handling

• Attention to detail - ensuring small details do not get missed in instructions

• Able to handle strict deadlines and work well under pressure

• Able to use initiative with decision making 

• Must be physically fit due to manual handling of Real Estate boards

• Experience is an advantage but not essential

The successful applicant will be fully trained in the specifics of the role. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.05pm and open to negotiation. Above award pay, overtime and incentives available. Factory closure with paid leave over Christmas / New Year period.  Tools and vehicle provided to complete work. Friendly team and working environment.
