We're hiring a Media Account Executive to join our Melbourne team. You'll be the engine of our account teams, supporting senior colleagues across media plans, campaign activations, reporting, competitive tracking and day-to-day client servicing. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.
What you'll doSupport Account Managers and Directors across the full lifecycle of client campaignsBuild and maintain media schedules, trackers, competitive reports and status documents across paid social, paid search, programmatic and other digital channelsLiaise with media partners and platform vendors on activations, specs and post-campaign dataPull performance data from platforms and dashboards and turn it into clear, useful reportsUse our AI and automation tooling to move faster and sharperContribute to internal brainstorms and plan reviews
What you'll bring1 to 2 years in a digital or media agency, publisher, ad-tech or adjacent role, or a strong internship or grad program and a compelling reason you want to be in digital mediaExcellent attention to detailConfidence in Excel or SheetsStrong written and verbal communicationA proactive, organised, team-first approachCuriosity about platforms, data, culture and technology
