General Practitioner (Aged Care)

We are currently partnering with a large aged care facility in Waverley that is seeking a Female General Practitioner to join its team.

The role involves visiting the nursing home, conducting regular rounds, and consulting with their elderly female residents. Key responsibilities include managing chronic conditions, performing medication reviews, providing dementia care, and coordinating with facility staff and families, with the support of established administrative systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to make a genuine impact in the Eastern Suburbs community.

About the role

• Location: Waverley, NSW

• Billing: 90% of billings + 100% of aged care incentives + 6.25% Medicare Bulk Billing Incentive

• Expected earnings: Approximately $3,00 - $3500 per day

• Patient load: 20 patients

• Availability: 1–2 days per week

• Facility: 100-bed aged care facility (20 ready to go)

• Doctors: 2 other GPs on site

• Position: Ongoing permanent role

• Parking: On-site parking available

Requirements

• FRACGP, MRCGP, or ACRRM (or equivalent)

• Ability to adapt to new software and systems

• Previous aged care experience preferred
