Commercial Duct Installer

$50–$60 per hour + Monthly RDO | Brisbane / SEQ

Prestige Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Duct Installer to join our growing commercial projects team.

We have a strong pipeline of commercial mechanical projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work efficiently on site, and wants to be part of a reliable team.

You will be working across commercial mechanical installations, with responsibilities including:

• Installation of commercial sheet metal ductwork

• Installation of spiral and rectangular duct

• Flexible duct installation

• Installation of grilles, diffusers and registers

• Installation of VAVs, dampers and associated components

• Hanging and supporting ductwork

• Reading and working from mechanical plans and drawings

• Coordinating with refrigeration mechanics, electricians, builders and other trades

• Completing installations to a high standard

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Working independently and as part of a project team

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in commercial HVAC duct installation

• Strong knowledge of ductwork installation methods

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and plans

• Good understanding of commercial construction sites

• Own basic hand tools

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Construction White Card

• EWP and Working at Heights tickets highly regarded

• Reliable transport

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

We're looking for someone who can turn up, get stuck in and produce quality work without needing to be constantly supervised.

• $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience and ability

• RDO once per month

• Full-time, ongoing position
