Loans Processor

Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated Loan Processor to join one of QLD's leading Brokerages. This is a client focused role that will assist our team of high performing Brokers in the lodgement of Home Loan Applications with our panel of lenders. The key characteristics of the role are to maintain a smooth and enjoyable customer experience with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. For the right applicant this role can also provide a pathway towards Mortgage Broking if that is a career pathway you're after.

Job Details and Responsibilities:

Operational

• Assist our Mortgage Brokers with the loan submission process via:
• Ensuring Zoom appointments with prospective clients are booked and completed
• Liaising with the clients post appointment to collate all the required supporting documentation
• Complete the data entry into the Aggregator software in readiness for submission
• Assist the Broker and Client/s in having all the required submission documents executed
• Ensure clear and concise commentary on all applicants for internal customers reference
• Maintain clear channels of communication between all internal partners
• Provide a positive, friendly and approachable nature both internally and externally

Professional Attributes

• Knowledge / Experience in Finance or Mortgage Broking preferred but not essential.
• Someone with a desire to move into Mortgage Broking would be highly encouraged to apply
• Great attention to detail, and ability to work with highly detailed sensitive information ensuring applications are correct the first time around
• Professional yet positive, can do attitude with an ability to think outside the box!
