About the Role

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging training programs to diverse learner groups.
• Assessing learner competency in accordance with nationally recognised training standards.
• Developing and maintaining training and assessment resources.
• Providing coaching, mentoring and support to students throughout their learning journey.
• Ensuring compliance with RTO standards, training package requirements and organisational policies.
• Maintaining accurate training and assessment records.

About You

To be considered, you will possess:

Essential:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Relevant industry qualifications and experience in your vocational area.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners from a variety of backgrounds.
• Sound understanding of vocational education and training (VET) compliance requirements.

Desirable:

• Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Current industry currency and professional networks.
• Experience with online, blended and workplace-based training delivery.
