Technical Site Administrator

Pilecom is seeking a Technical Site Administrator to join our team at the Solomon Airport Solar Hub (SASH).
This is not a typical admin role. You will be the data and systems backbone of the project, managing reporting, reconciling construction quantities, maintaining QA documentation and supporting survey, testing and logistics data.
It is a fast paced role suited to someone who is analytical, highly organised and confident working independently.

The Role
• Daily and weekly production, timesheet and plant reporting
• Reconciling piling, tracker and module quantities
• Maintaining survey, pile testing and tolerance registers
• Managing ITPs, ITCs, ITRs, punch lists and QA registers
• Maintaining AppSheet trackers, project systems and dashboards
• Coordinating delivery registers, materials and laydown planning
• Liaising with the client and principal contractor on reporting and documentation

About You
• Advanced Excel skills are essential, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote site environment

Experience with Google Sheets, AppSheet, Google Data Studio, Primavera P6 or Employment Hero is advantageous but not essential.

A background in engineering, surveying, construction management or another technical discipline will be highly regarded.
